To amend Clause 2, Article 18 of Circular No. 02/2014 / TT-BNN dated 24 May 01 2014 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall specify the order and procedures for granting and revoking certificates genetically modified plants eligible for use as food, feed.
